Over the period of a few years, with one previous version, the input from several friends (mainly Boris and Wolfgang) and some good luck this sailing rig finally materialized the way it is described in detail hereafter.

The bungee line (8mm) keeps the rudder fin up. Without it the fin would just fall down by force of gravity. The 2nd clam cleat is not really necessary. You could also tie one end of the white/green line onto the shackle. But to get the line out of the way when undoing the spray cover you need one clam cleat.

I found it worthwhile to have it sewn by a professional sail maker. He incorporated a camber of sail to allow the sail to shape like an airplane wing when the wind is right.

Red one is the main sheet. Green to tighten or loosen the sail alongside the boom.

The Ally gunnels (AD 16 mm + ID 13.7 mm) used as the boom is not rigid enough in strong winds. A 70 cm sleeve (AD 19.5 mm + ID 16.6 mm) will reinforce things sufficiently - if positioned properly, like closer to the mast.
